Christie Smith is a global lead for Talent & Organization/Human Potential at Accenture. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Social Work from New York University, a Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Loyola University Maryland. With her expertise in executive leadership, Christie helps corporations reimagine their businesses by creating strong cultures and accelerating change programs. Christie is also renowned for her commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity, having previously served as the Global Vice President for Inclusion and Diversity at Apple. Her passion for sustainability has led her to advocate for weaving sustainability into the DNA of all organizations to create a sustainable and equitable impact. On a personal note, Christie enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the great outdoors, playing sports, and hanging out with her dogs.
