Christian Wohlgensinger

Christian Wohlgensinger is a Partner at Egon Zehnder, where he leads the Technology and Digital practice in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. He is also an active member of the firm's Board, as well as its consumer and industrial practices. His role involves collaborating with clients and senior leaders to tackle critical leadership and personal growth challenges.14

Before joining Egon Zehnder in October 2018, Wohlgensinger held significant positions at major tech companies. He was Google's Head of Hardware Partnerships and previously served as the Head of Cloud Partnerships for Northern Europe. Additionally, he was part of Microsoft's executive management team in Switzerland, focusing on corporate and small to medium-sized businesses. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his experience co-founding startups like Semantum Software GmbH and Constrax Portal AG.124

Wohlgensinger holds a Master of Arts in Business Administration and an Executive Master of European and International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys traveling to immerse himself in different cultures.13
