Christian Schaefer is a seasoned entrepreneur with a vast experience in automotive marketing, digital advertising, and start-ups. He has held senior leadership positions at reputable companies such as Carsguide.com.au and Carsales.com.au. Christian is a visionary leader who has successfully launched and propelled start-ups to great heights. Notably, he founded Carhood, an airport car-sharing start-up, which raised millions in funding and partnered with automotive brands Suzuki Australia and Ford Motor Company. However, due to COVID-19, Carhood Group Limited is now in voluntary administration.

Christian has exceptional skills in go-to-market strategies, fundraising, sales and marketing, brand design and strategy, stakeholder management, CEO and team building, among others. In his career, he has honed skills that make him excel in developing disruptive business models, collaborative consumption, sales and marketing, and smart mobility innovation.

Christian graduated from RMIT University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. He also attended Trinity Grammar School.
