Christian Mouysset

Christian Mouysset is the co-founder of Tenzo, a company that specializes in business intelligence and analytics for the hospitality industry. He grew up in France and later moved to the UK to study Computer Science at the University of Cambridge. After completing his education, he co-founded a restaurant chain in London called Hummus Bros, which expanded to six locations and numerous pop-up events. This experience highlighted the challenges of managing operational data in the restaurant sector, which ultimately led him to establish Tenzo with his co-founder Adam Taylor.12

At Tenzo, Mouysset focuses on providing tools that help restaurants streamline their operations through data aggregation, sales forecasting, and performance analytics. The platform aims to empower restaurant owners and staff by making critical data easily accessible and understandable, thereby supporting data-driven decision-making in a competitive industry.23
