Industry leading a project/module called "Create your Startup" where students go from business idea/problem via customer development interviews and prototyping to a complete business model in 5-8 weeks. Using the Lean Startup methodology and coaching skills to help students progress as far as possible in a very short amount of time. Doing the third iteration in 2021 of the program and it's getting better for each time. So far (after two iterations) we've had at least 3 real companies started during the project.

Assessor (examinator) for the Business Developer programs - making sure students have met their learning goals and setting grades/giving feedback for improvement. It's great to see the learning journey and how effective "learning by doing" is.

I led the creation and execution of an innovation process to get people from idea to startup and from startup to scaleup in the shortest possible time. Very influenced by Silicon Valley accelerator methods, Lean Startup and Customer Development. During my five years I coached entrepreneurs and leaders across a wide variety of industries and phases. Together with my team I started and ran programs like the Startup Academy (4 month program), Scaleup Academy (11 month program), 24h Startup Challenge (from idea to business in 24h) and Silicon Valley Business Boost (Silicon Valley immersion program). 

I´ve been part of spreading the lean startup movement into the Swedish Market since 2012. I´ve grown my network in the mecka of startups, Silicon Valley, and between 2015 and 2017 I´ve been bringing more than 40 ambitious people/entrepreneurs/professionals over to San Francisco/Silicon Valley for a total immersion into startup mindset. In many cases, as it did mine in 2012, it has transformed their view of the world as entrepreneurs. Silicon Valley Business Boost has been recognized on a national level as one of the programs that lower the thresholds for internationalization for Swedish startups and scaleups.

The accounts I managed were global handset manufacturers, our own Wisepilot brand sold through app stores and some white label solutions through partners in emerging markets. We grew from 25 to 50 employees during my time with the company.

Responsible for managing and setting up strategic partnerships with a wide range of industry players like Texas Instruments, ARM, Google, Fring, Scalado, TAT and more. This gave me a unique insight into the dynamics of the telecom/IT industry and an invaluable network. UIQ was a mobile UI platform built on top of Symbian. During my time we grew from 150 to 350 employees. The company crashed when Android and iOS completely removed the market for Symbian based phones. This was a very good learning experience and has made me much more sensitive to market changes and trends.
