He completed his Education journey at the University of Oxford, where he earned a Master of Arts Degree in Management, while also pursuing Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

Christian Bailey's professional background is extensive and impressive, having co-founded and acted as CEO of Lincoln Group and Ligon Discovery, respectively. He has also served as managing partner at Inctank Ventures. Bailey's scientific expertise and entrepreneurial vision led him to establish Curated Innovation, where he is the chief scientist. The company specializes in aiding biotech startups in developing and launching their products.
