Provided technical expertise to our SAP Commerce customers worldwide. Supported numerous customers in planning and defining the implementation of SAP C/4HANA for conversions and new implementations across Discrete Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Professional Services. Analyzed and troubleshot to determine root cause of issues by reproducing and documenting issues and findings. Collaborated with team members to share and gain knowledge and best practices. Provided training to customers, team members, interface with other groups to resolve cases.

Architected and implemented robust B2C and B2B ecommerce solutions for various customers in North America. Developed and maintained strong relationships with clients, vendors and associates.

Senior Software Engineer

Implemented enterprise B2C and B2B ecommerce solutions for different customers in North America based on SAP Hybris platform, following an agile methodology. Main Areas of expertise: Solr, SEO, Data migration, Integration, Promotion Engine, Order management, Datahub, Impex, hmc, cockpits and cms.

Software Engineer

Cogeco is a telecommunications company that provides cable television, telephone and Internet connectivity services in parts of Ontario, Quebec, and several regions of the United States.

Implemented new business processes such as credit check, user registration, profile management, email management, offer management, and F-Secure eligibility using Java and Spring Framework.

Designed and developed RESTful web services that support XML and JSON using Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, LDAP, Log4j and Maven.

Integrated SOAP Web Services and XML JAXB marshalling/unmarshalling into application using Spring Web Services.

Developed extensive rich web-based user interface applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS along with Bootstrap framework and Thymeleaf template engine.

Worked in a Scrum Agile software development methodology with two week iterations, delivering new features at each iteration.

Used JUnit, Mockito, SoapUI, JMeter for testing, Subversion for version control, Hudson/Jenkins for continuous integration and JIRA for bugs/issues tracking.

Participated in design reviews, recommended specifications for business applications and system capabilities.

Performed lots of code reviews.

Cogeco Connexion

Engaged in conjunction with clients to manage and coordinate the execution of the commissioning and start-up activities of Kearl oil sands project. Implemented and maintained company IT systems including Emerson Process Management DeltaV system using VB scripts, and Java. Acquired and updated computing and technical systems. Developed websites and applications as necessary. Also assisted in various day-to-day functions in administration and demonstrated a strong leadership role by providing full support to clients and interfaced with different level of management.

Groupe Promec Inc.

Designed and developed a solution that enables a composite IVR (Interactive Voice Response) application in the Cloud to be delivered as a service to SIP clients.

Implemented a Java-based Back-to-Back User Agent (B2BUA) in Eclipse using SIP Servlets API’s (JSR 289) that runs on Sailfin server as a SIP servlet container.

Developed different IVR functionalities (e.g. Play announcement, Voice recorder, Call transfer) using Python and DSM scripting languages and deployed them on SEMS (SIP Express Media Server).

Managed the execution of IVR applications in a virtualized environment using Citrix XenServer.

Implemented and executed automated testing scenarios using SIPp traffic generator test tool for SIP running on Linux and QTP.

Maintained, improved and tested TSE lab Web application for files sharing and manipulations using Spring with HTML, JSP, JSTL, JavaScipt and SQL. 

Performed a R&D project on IVR applications composition and resources sharing in Cloud Computing.

Architected and implemented a framework that allows IVR providers to develop a VUI (Voice User Interface) in an effective and resource-efficient manner.

Designed and developed RESTful web services that support XML for IVR providers to speed up IVR development using Java, Jersey APIs (JSR 311), GlassFish, and MySQL.

Research and Development Engineer

Designed and developed daily updates and new functionalities in Eclipse using Java, HTML, CSS, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, JavaScript, jQuery, Log4J, and MySQL.

Evaluated and tested new components for potential use by programmers to develop apps using JUnit.

Supported other groups with debugging java source code and Unix scripts.

Handled additional responsibilities of providing support for students, staff and faculty.
