Christena Pyle
Director, Diversity & Inclusion at Omnicom
Christena Pyle is the Chief Equity Officer for the Americas at Dentsu, a position she has held since August 2020. In this role, she is responsible for leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization. Pyle reports directly to Jacki Kelley, the CEO of Dentsu Americas, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.13
Before joining Dentsu, Pyle served as the Executive Director of Advertising for the TIME’S UP Foundation, where she focused on creating equitable workplaces and addressing gender inequality in the advertising industry. Her efforts included developing a guide for equity and inclusion during crises, which received praise from industry leaders.14 Additionally, she was previously the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Omnicom Group, where she worked to enhance DEI outcomes within the company.12
Pyle is recognized for her significant contributions to promoting diversity in creative industries. She has been involved with ADCOLOR, an organization dedicated to celebrating diversity in advertising and marketing, where she helped launch key initiatives like the ADCOLOR Conference and Awards.13 Her leadership in DEI has earned her numerous accolades, including being named to Adweek's list of Women Trailblazers and receiving the Advertising Week "Future Is Female" Award.12
