Christelle Lacroutz is a French European Executive Search Researcher with extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruitment for internationally recognized companies such as Amazon, Symantec, and Kingston Technology. After studying International Business at two universities in France, she began her career as a Senior Sales at Symantec, later transitioning to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment with an emphasis in executive-level placements.

She has held several key positions throughout her career including; Head of Research at Purcon, Consultant Associate at Korn Ferry, Senior Recruiter, Executive Recruitment Eu at Amazon, and Ta Lead France, Luxembourg, Italy and Spain at Amazon. In her most recent position, she served as a Sabbatical candidate, allowing her to take much-needed time for personal growth and exploration.
