She is the CEO and founder of a boutique strategy consultancy operating in the Asia-Pacific region, specializing in commercial and transformational initiatives for leadership teams.

With a strong focus on commercial strategy and transformation, Christelle has a proven track record of implementing successful strategies, including M&A, for S&P500 and FTSE100 companies across Asia-Pacific and Europe.

Her expertise extends to senior corporate strategy roles, having served as managing director and chief strategy officer for a London-listed full-service bank in the Asia-Pacific region and as a strategy advisor with PwC.

Christelle is a certified independent director and currently serves on the boards of Generation HK, a global non-profit organization, and P&C Ventures Limited, a private consultancy firm.
