Christel Logemann

Christel Logemann is a highly experienced managing consultant and (executive) coach, specializing in the development and training of HR managers and the sustainable employment and mobility of employees. With over 9 years of experience as the Algemeen Directeur at Focus Nederland, Christel confidently handed over her role to Ingeborg Hettinga in 2021 to focus on her passion for coaching managers and employees to achieve sustainable career goals. Christel holds a post-hbo degree in placement consultancy from Windesheim, a Master's in Pedagogics and Psychology from Leiden University, and also has a degree in Kunstacademie from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. With her vast expertise, Christel has trained over 70 colleagues in the Focus Netherlands team, who specialize in providing companies consultation on sustainable employment, training HR managers, and addressing in-, through-, and outflow issues.
