Christa Crawford

Christa Foster Crawford is a notable figure leading a movement to redefine the response to human trafficking and modern slavery. She holds extensive academic credentials including pursuing a Master's degree and Ph.D. in Holistic Child Development, a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School, and a B.A. in Philosophy and Public Affairs from Claremont McKenna College.

Throughout her career, Christa Foster Crawford has been actively involved in various organizations. She is the Founder and CEO of the Institute for Anti-Trafficking Innovation. She has also held roles such as Consultant and East Asia Research Officer at CSW, Co-Chair (Asia) at the Joint Learning Initiative Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery Hub, and Asia Leadership Team Member at the Freedom Business Association.

In addition to her leadership positions, Christa Foster Crawford has served as an Associate Director at the Payap Center for Human Rights Law, Lead Curriculum Developer and Trainer at Freedom Resource International, and Instructor at various educational programs including the USAC Study Abroad Program and the Master's Program in Global Development & Justice at Multnomah University.
