*Worked virtually with a team of 8 facilitators to recruit, onboard and assist YMCAs looking to create a Togetherhood (member-led volunteer) program.
*Presented across the country at conferences and leadership meetings, both in person and via technology, to recruit and inform YMCAs about the program.
*Led over 60 YMCA locations through a 12 month onboarding process that included call and email check ins as well as providing ongoing resources through emails, webinars, surveys and documentation.
*Worked with internal teams to develop marketing materials and strategies and provide detailed resource guides to YMCAs looking to bring the program on.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a cohesive membership strategy for the Association comprised of programs, projects, and activities designed to increase and retain memberships and also developing and implementing an overall marketing and communications plan for the YMCA and overseeing project related duties in these areas of the $18M annual budget. Oversaw the transition from a majority print to all digital marketing budget, including setting and creating strategy, working with staff to execute campaigns and evaluating and measuring the success of digital media. 
Specific duties include:
• Use market and member data to develop and implement comprehensive membership plans and strategies
•Work with staff at the branches to champion a culture of exceptional membership service.
• Model relationship-building skills and customer service in all interactions.
•Lead corporate membership development, sales, and account management
•Provide Marketing direction and assistance to all branches resulting in strong internal and external communications and consistent messaging, translating into increased membership sales.
•Manage website, social media tools, and related vendor relationships and projects.
