Chris Zhao, senior manager, has nearly 10 years of professional experiences in providing assurance services to enterprises locating in the US, Mainland China, HongKong and Taiwan. Mr. Zhao was in a leading role for providing the audits services to a Chinese company in completing its entire NASDAQ listing in only nine months, and helped the enterprise to seal the IPO efficiently. Furthermore, Mr. Zhao has also lead the IPO audit services provided to the first mid-cap Indonesia oil and gas enterprise in completing its NYSE direct listing, at which point has established the foundation of MarcumBP’s position in the South East Asia market.
 
Mr. Zhao also specializes in the compliance services pursuant to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Section 404 requirements, and is familiar with the compliances of Information Technology (IT) Audits. In addition, he has rich experiences in dealing with matters associated with the PCAOB and SEC. Mr. Zhao has been living in North America for more than 10 years and is very familiar with the China-America cultural differences, and has exceptional capabilities of handling international cooperation and coordination. 
 
Among the companies to which Mr. Zhao was in a leading role of providing professional services, the associated industries included, but not limited to, Internet Finance, Wealth Management, Education, Advertisement, Oil & Gas, and Financial Leasing. Mr. Zhao also has rich experience in anti-fraud and internal control structuring and design.
