Chris Younger

Chris Younger is a highly experienced attorney with a focus on business aircraft transactions, tax, and business representation.

His expertise includes federal and state taxation, federal regulation of aircraft ownership and operations, business planning strategies, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, corporate transactions, and tax controversy/audit work.
