In 2007, he joined Qlik, a leading software company, as a Finance Director and quickly moved up the ranks to become Vice President of Global Sales Operations and, later, Vice President of Customer Success Operations and Chief of Staff.

Wood's success at Qlik led him to his current role as Senior Vice President of Sales Operations at Delinea, a data intelligence firm.
