Chris Wolff is a highly experienced Scrum Master and certified Agile Team Coach with a decade of experience in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies. He has a proven track record in delivery, improving team performance, Agile Consultancy, Agile transformation, Team Coaching, and Jira Align.

Chris has supported numerous companies and teams in enhancing their Agility capabilities, practices, mindsets, and Scaled Agile approaches. He has worked with various organizations including Virgin Money, Shell, News International, Tesco, NHS, and currently, JP Morgan, helping in Agile transformations and training on Jira Align for large product lines.

With a strong background in delivering technical software projects utilizing various technologies like Data/ML/IA, mobile, web, Kubernetes, and Docker, Chris brings an Agile mindset and servant leadership qualities to all his endeavors.

Chris is an iCAgile certified Expert Team Coach and facilitator, assisting Scrum Masters, Product Owners, teams, and leaders in overcoming complex challenges. He is known as a people-first, servant leader, consultant, coach, mentor, facilitator, and trainer with a personal and easy-going style that resonates well with teams, leaders, and executives.

Apart from his extensive Agile and technical project management experience, Chris has also worked as a stunt performer, featuring in popular productions like Total War video game series, Avengement, and Squid Games the Challenge. He also provides pro bono Coaching and Mentoring to other Agile professionals.
