Talley has held significant positions, notably as the Chief Communications Officer for USAA from 2016 to 2020, where he was responsible for both internal and external communications, as well as reputation management. His previous roles include serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Officer at USAA, where he led various communication strategies and managed CEO communications for the organization. Before his tenure at USAA, he spent over 13 years at FleishmanHillard, where he was involved in public relations strategy across multiple offices in Texas.1
