Chris Stolte is a seasoned professional with a strong background in technology and software development.
As one of the co-founders and former Chief Development Officer at Tableau Software, Chris played a pivotal role in the success of the company.
Prior to his time at Tableau, he co-founded Beeline Systems, a digital mapping startup that was eventually acquired by Vicinity, subsequently acquired by Microsoft.
Chris holds a Masters & Ph.D. in Computer Science from Stanford University, where he conducted research on visualization techniques for relational databases and data cubes, under the mentorship of Pat Hanrahan.
He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at Simon Fraser University.
