Chris Smith

Chris Smith is a driven and experienced senior leader known for enhancing processes through collaboration and leading successful teams.

With a background in fundraising and the Higher Education sector, Chris has launched new initiatives and led a think tank to improve policy making in the Midlands.

Education-wise, Chris has studied Leadership, Management Practice, History, and Politics at Coventry University and attended Harvey Grammar School in Folkestone.

Chris has held key positions such as Managing Director at Centre for the New Midlands and Director of External Relations at University of Westminster.

Chris also served in various roles at Coventry University, including Acting Head of Development and Alumni Relations Office, Senior Development Manager, and President of the Students' Union.

Prior to these roles, Chris gained experience in alumni relations, development, and recruitment both in the education sector and in the corporate world.
