Oversaw volunteer and family outreach team. Managed large portfolio of corporate and community partnerships; created and managed systems to engage an average of 4,500 prospective volunteers and 2,500 child referrals each year.  Chaired BBBSC's Staff Inclusiveness Initiative.

Provided program leadership for an attempted re-start of a Camp Fire USA’s Colorado/Wyoming    affiliate. Developed partnerships resulting in the creation of eight collaborative pilot programs with four    organizations:  Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado, Denver Inner City Parish, Laramie Parks & Recreation and Denver Public Schools.

Camp Fire USA / Denver Expansion Project

Program Director, Consultant

Managed Federal AmeriCorps grant diversifying National Service corps member roles supporting organization’s Head Start, Early Head Start and Youth Services Divisions. Recruited, trained, placed and supervised teams of 20 AmeriCorps members with 11 partnering sites. Successfully managed Federal reporting expectations and annual reapplication process.

Catholic Charities of Denver

Program Manager, Operation Jump Start AmeriCorps Program

Managed Federal AmeriCorps grant providing eight to sixteen National Service corps members per year placed as Case Managers for a school-based youth mentoring and youth service model. Developed and maintained school partnerships with 52 schools (20 high-school and 32 elementary schools) throughout the Denver metro area. Developed program standards of practice, program outcome and member development strategies and targets. Successfully managed Federal reporting expectations and three annual funding applications.

Program Manager, Big Literacy Corps AmeriCorps Program

Served as AmeriCorps volunteer in comprehensive school health initiative programs in Lincoln, Nebraska (1998 - 1999) and Sheridan, Colorado (1999 – 2000).  Mentored and tutored students facing academic and social challenges. Facilitated before and after school programs for children and families facing poverty.
