Chris Salter is the CEO and Founder of a Music Brain Training Company, a SAAS startup in EdTech aimed at providing cognitive benefits through music education to children with diverse needs.
With a background in linguistics and music, Chris started his entrepreneurial journey in 2001 by creating the original Piano Wizard concept. Despite facing challenges in 2008 and closing offices, he pivoted towards home school educational versions that transformed lives and led him to explore Music Brain Training's cognitive impacts.
Having been a part of IBI Global and CEO Space, Chris mentored and was mentored by fellow entrepreneurs, eventually teaching startup concepts and serving on the Startup Longmont Board. He consulted for startups, focusing on pitch deck structuring and planning to attract investors and strategic partners.
Chris's educational background includes degrees in music, linguistics, and resilience, along with studies at institutions like Y Combinator, UCLA, and Southern Illinois University. He also engaged in research on the cultural learning of music as a native language at various universities.
Formerly associated with organizations like Music Wizard, Longmont Startup Board, Business MindSight, and Music Wizard Group, Chris Salter continues his journey to revolutionize music education and cognitive development through his Music Brain Training Company.
