Chris Sadler

Chris Sadler is a well-respected leader and consultant, with 15+ years of experience in the for-purpose sector, investment banking, and corporate governance. He has worked with several renowned global organizations, aiding them during times of restructuring, reorganization, and growth. Chris also has over a decade of experience serving as a Non-Executive Director for public and private corporations on both the Australian and U.S. Boards. He specializes in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and gaining stakeholders' consensus for change.

Before entering the for-purpose sector, Chris worked for JP Morgan, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General, from the University of Rochester and his Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) in Accounting and Finance from Victoria University of Wellington.

Throughout his career, Chris has held several key positions, including Executive at Family Foundation, Formerly Board Member at Daniels Health, Alpha International, and New Standard Energy. He has also held former consulting positions at Sodia and formerly held Director Global Board position at Opportunity International.

In addition to these positions, Chris has served as the Executive Chairman, Asia Pacific at Alpha International and held the positions of Director at Gloria Jeans, Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, MD at SALOMON SMITH BARNEY, and Director at J.P. Morgan.
