He holds a Master of Business Administration in Business from the Open University, a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Hull, and completed his education at Pates Grammar School.

With a wealth of experience, Chris has served in various key roles including Programme Director, Integration Programme Manager, Agile Programme Manager, Delivery Manager, and Director at Virgin Money.

Prior to his roles at Virgin Money, he was the Programme Director at UK Shared Business Services Ltd and held leadership positions at Red Roses Consulting Ltd, Good Energy Group PLC, Audit Commission, Cognizant, British Airways, and EDS.
