Chris Rollins

Chris Rollins is a Registered Professional Engineer with expertise in post-conflict reconstruction, project feasibility, structural engineering, budgeting & scheduling, technical procurement, value engineering, construction management, facility inspection, technical writing, and various technical aspects related to remote and urban technical facilities.

With fifteen years of experience, Chris has worked in various countries across Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as in Alaska, Colorado, Wyoming, Suriname, Japan, Cambodia, Myanmar, India, Nepal, Ethiopia, and many more.

His tooling proficiency includes the use of equipment like Fluke Ti100 Thermal Imager, Fluke 376 True RMS AC/DC Clamp Meter, Seaward Solar PV150 Solar Installation Test Kit, among others.

Chris has studied Islamic Studies, History at the University of Pennsylvania, Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering at the University of Wyoming, and Master of Science in Management, Environmental Engineering at Bauhaus-Universit\u00e4t Weimar.

He has held positions such as Project Engineer and Construction Manager at Rve.Sol - Solu\u00e7oes De Energia Rural Lda and served in roles at organizations like Aecom International, Crown Agents, Engineers Without Borders, and University of Alaska Anchorage.

Currently based in Maun, Botswana, and Ruhengeri, Rwanda, Chris Rollins is available for short-term and part-time assignments.

His current projects span across countries like South Sudan, Somalia, Rwanda, Namibia, and Botswana, showcasing his diverse experience and global reach in the field of engineering and construction.
