Chris Paden, CCWP, brings over two decades of contingent workforce knowledge and expertise in recruitment, managed staffing programs, VMS, and MSP.

As the former Sr. Director of CWS for Staffing Industry Analysts, Chris was instrumental in creating training material, building tools, and developing best practice guides for companies navigating the contingent workforce landscape.

Chris has a strong background in architecting VMS tools, designing innovative workforce solutions, and offering advisory support to global brands to align talent strategies with workforce goals.

He is the Co-Founder of Emberpath and the Founder and Chief Consultant at Total Talent Mindset, where he continues his passion for enabling companies to develop bespoke talent strategies.

With a foundation in Marketing and Business Management from Davis and Elkins College, Chris has held key roles at organizations like CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Pontoon Solutions, Beeline, and Supplemental Health Care.

His diverse experience includes serving as a Manager, Director, and Program Coordinator in contingent labor, MSP programs, and staffing roles, showcasing his progressive thinking and industry best practices in addressing workforce challenges.
