He then furthered his studies by obtaining a Master of Business Administration in Energy and Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.

With a rich professional history, Chris has held several key roles, including Senior Director of Development at Summit Ridge Energy, Director of Project Development at Safari Energy, LLC, and various positions at Borrego Solar Systems. Additionally, he has contributed to the renewable energy sector through roles at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, GE Power, and the U.S. Department of Energy. Chris also has political experience, having worked with the Obama For America campaign.
