With a background that spans across countries such as Canada, the USA, China, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, Chris has navigated challenging turnarounds and spearheaded the growth of high-growth companies, showcasing his courage, humility, and grit in the face of adversity.

Apart from being the CEO of GrowthLoop, Chris O'Neill serves as a board member at Gap Inc. and has been part of esteemed organizations like Tim Hortons, Planday, and more.

His specialties include leadership, team and culture building, general management, governance, product development, marketing, data analytics, AI, cloud computing, SaaS, and fintech, with a strong focus on the future of work.
