Chris Odom

Chris Odom is an experienced UAV and imaging professional based in Pensacola, Florida, United States. He worked as a Senior UAS Pilot at SkySpecs from December 2019 to July 2022.1 In this role, he was responsible for executing on-site inspection work for North American customers using custom-designed UAS and sensor packages, performing in-field technical troubleshooting, and managing equipment logistics for longer deployment campaigns.1

Currently, Odom serves as the Field Service Manager - Global at SkySpecs, a position he has held since July 2022.1 In this role, he oversees and manages a global network of 120 field technicians operating UAVs and other robotic devices deployed in 35 countries.1

Odom has pursued education in unmanned systems, studying at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2016 to 2018.1 He has also obtained various certifications in Six Sigma, process improvement, and operational excellence.1
