Chris's expertise lies in ITIL, Agile and Dev Ops practices which he has utilized in his previous roles as IT Change and Release Portfolio Manager at Bank of Ireland, Senior Application Service Delivery Analyst at Transport for London and IT Services Manager at Goodbody. His most recent role as Energy Trading IT Delivery Lead at ESB has showcased his ability to lead project teams, implement IT solutions and provide excellent customer service.
