Chris Martin, AIA, LEED AP

Chris Martin is a licensed architect based in Illinois with extensive project management skills and expertise in various design software. He has a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois in Chicago, where he also worked as a teaching assistant. With experience at various architecture firms and as a store planner and consultant at Walgreens, Chris has demonstrated his versatility in handling architectural design projects of all kinds. At HDR, he presented a capstone project plan, created a project process roadmap, and completed formal project management training that allowed him to develop his expertise in compliance, negotiations, risk management, and scheduling, among others. His talents in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp, and other software prove his efficiency in handling design workflows. Chris is also a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction.
