Chris Manderino is a seasoned executive with a passion for startups and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). With over 20 years of experience in large corporations, Chris made the pivot to startups and hasn't looked back since.

Having served as an executive in four startups, one of which was acquired by a Fortune 500 company, Chris decided to leverage his expertise to empower diverse startup and SMB teams. This led him to establish CM Advisory Group to support and nurture startups and SMBs.

Chris offers a range of services as a C-suite for hire, including strategic guidance, business development, sales, marketing, operations, M&A, customer success, and more. He excels in coaching, mentoring, and training to help startups thrive in competitive markets.

His academic background includes a BA in Communications from Truman State University.
