Chris Laxton is a highly experienced finance and accounting professional with 9 years' international experience in financial audit and management. As Head of Accounting at Lanturn, Chris offers a premium tech-enabled service for clients' full suite of accounting, finance, and tax needs. With an excellent academic background and Big Four experience with Deloitte, Chris has proven adaptability, succeeding in roles based in South Africa, the USA, UAE, and Singapore. Chris is a qualified Chartered Accountant who is highly motivated, supplements their knowledge through further education, and always strives to grow their role throughout their career.

Chris Laxton's education includes studying the Oxford Fintech Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, achieving a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (Masters Equivalent), Accounting, Graduating with Honours in Accounting and obtaining a Degree with Honours at University of Cape Town, and studying Bachelor of Business Science, Accounting and Finance at University of Cape Town.
