Chris Jones is a seasoned professional in the Information Technology (IT) sector with a focus on higher education and e-learning leadership. With a background in Strategic Planning, IT Service Management, academic technologies, e-Learning, IT Governance, and Management, Chris brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Chris received his MSEd. and BSEd. in Secondary Education from Baylor University, establishing a solid foundation for his career.

Through various roles in esteemed organizations, Chris has demonstrated his expertise. He currently serves as the Director of Strategy & Service in Information Technology at the University of Oklahoma. Previously, he held positions such as Adjunct Professor at Oklahoma Christian University, Director of Information Technology User Services at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Assistant Vice Provost & Director of the Center for Academic Technology Resources at the same institution, Vice President at Innovative Interactions, Inc., and President & Board of Directors at the Texas Association for Educational Technology (TAET).

Chris also has a rich history of professional engagements including serving as the Education Market Manager at VTEL, Director of Technology & Telecommunications at Baylor University, and Multimedia Curriculum Specialist at the University of Central Oklahoma.
