Chris Henderson
Director Pulse Percussion - Pacific Crest Corps Manager
Chris Henderson is the Corps Director at Pacific Crest Youth Arts Organization. He is a Pacific Crest alumnus who performed with the corps from 2005-2008.1 After his time as a performer, Henderson took on various roles within the organization, including visual instruction, tour management, and administrative operations.1
Henderson has an extensive background in youth arts education and nonprofits. He has served as a music and visual performance educator at several high schools in Southern California, working as a visual technician, visual caption head, and program coordinator.1 Additionally, he is the Director of Programs at WGI and SCPA World Class Ensembles, Pulse Percussion and POW Percussion.12
Outside of his work with Pacific Crest, Henderson has been employed by the Walt Disney Company in Anaheim for over 15 years. His roles there have included research product developer in confections and working with the Disney Performing Arts program.1
Henderson was born and raised in Southern California and currently resides in Downey, CA.1 His passion for youth arts education and nonprofits is evident throughout his career, demonstrating a strong commitment to developing young talent in the performing arts.
