Chris Hansen, a seasoned revenue operations leader with a hands-on, results-driven leadership style, is known for his ability to optimize sales productivity and define new/improved sales strategies through analysis and financial modeling. With extensive experience in annual revenue planning and forecasting for SAAS and one-time revenue, Hansen has a knack for defining sales coverage, territory alignment, and quota assignment by account sizing and segmentation.

A skilled sales incentive compensation designer, Hansen has a proven track record of aligning incentives with company goals and objectives while maintaining sales motivation. He also boasts significant experience in implementing sales enablement tools, systems, and processes that result in increased productivity.
