Chris Halliday is the founding director of Finshore Partners, a company offering Recruitment and Consultancy services to the Investment Management industry.

With over 75 years of combined experience from partners, Finshore specializes in connecting organizations with skilled investment management specialists and top technology, change, and transformation experts.

Chris Halliday, a graduate of Keele University with a degree in Economics and Finance, started his recruitment career in 2003 as a researcher for a London-based firm and quickly progressed to a consultant role by 2004.

During his tenure, Chris played a key role in developing the investment management technology unit into a successful stand-alone team within the company, achieving a £10 million annual turnover business with eight staff members by 2011.
