Chris Gatti

Chris Gatti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business, education, training, and human resource development. Gatti has served in a variety of leadership and management roles throughout his career, and is known for his strong relationship-building expertise and collaborative approach to working with and leading others. His industry experience includes financial services, insurance, manufacturing, consulting, health care, non-profit, and government. Gatti is the owner and principal of CRG Consulting, and has also worked as the Director of Organizational Development & Learning Solutions at University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute. He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Training & Development/HRD Education from Boston University, and a BA in Elementary Education, Urban Education & Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
