Chris Garvin

Chris Garvin is a well-educated engineer and business professional with a wealth of experience in the life sciences industry. He holds degrees in geological sciences, biogeochemistry, and business administration from renowned institutions, including Williams College, Cornell University, and MIT. Throughout his career, Chris has held various management and leadership roles at bio-pharmaceutical companies like Amgen and Biogen. He has excelled in strategic resource planning, digital development, process analytics, biotechnology consulting, and digital manufacturing.

At Amgen, Chris has been the director of digital manufacturing and the principal engineer of digital integration and predictive technologies. He has also managed strategic resource planning for supply chain operations and served as a graduate fellow for drug product engineering. Before joining Amgen, Chris worked at Biogen as a senior associate scientist in process analytics. Chris was also a geologist and biotechnology consultant at AMEC.
