Chris Fleischner is the President and owner of CalWest Educators Placement since June 2013. Prior to this role, he accumulated almost a decade of experience working in various positions within the organization. His primary focus is on placing exceptional educators and administrators in independent schools across California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Southwest regions of the United States. Chris emphasizes the importance of understanding the needs of school administrators to match them with high-caliber candidates who meet or exceed expectations. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Education and Entrepreneurship from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Stanford University.
