Chris Field

Chris Field is a highly experienced executive and headhunter with a background in asset and wealth management. He studied at Nottingham Trent University before beginning his career in HR and talent acquisition. Chris spent many years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he worked in a variety of roles, including Executive Director of Head of Recruitment for Wealth Management Investment Solutions and Vice President of the Executive Search Team. He also worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Barclays Wealth Management and as a Headhunter for Executive Search at Hanover. Chris currently serves as the Executive Director and Head of Executive Search for US Asset & Wealth Management at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he is responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals.
