Chris Felton

Chris Felton is a senior civil servant with over 30 years of experience in various roles within the UK government.2 He currently serves as the Counsellor and Head of CTEN (Counter Terrorism Network) Asia at the British High Commission in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.3
