    Chris Davenport, a two-time World Champion skier, is recognized as a leader in big mountain skiing globally, having achieved numerous remarkable feats in ski mountaineering.

    Chris gained acclaim for skiing all fifty-four of Colorado's 14,000-foot peaks in under a year and has accomplished many first descents on peaks worldwide, including skiing on Mt. Everest.

    He is a prominent figure in over thirty ski films by renowned producers like Warren Miller and Matchstick Productions, and is a respected TV commentator for ESPN, ABC sports, and Outside Television, covering Olympic and World Cup ski racing events.

    An accomplished author, Chris has published two coffee-table books highlighting North America’s mountains, titled Ski The 14ers and Fifty Classic Ski Descents of North America.

    Recognized as one of the '10 Greatest American Freeskiers of all Time' by ESPN, Chris has been inducted into prestigious halls of fame like the US Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame and the Colorado Snowsports Hall of Fame.

    Chris actively participates in various non-profit organizations, including Protect Our Winters, the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE), the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club, and New Hampshire’s Holderness School.

    His background includes serving in executive roles at organizations like Peak Ski Company, Revelshine Wines, Aspen Valley Ski & Snowboard Club, Capitol Peak Publishing, and owning Davenport MountainSport Inc. He has also represented top brands like Red Bull, Salomon, and Aspen Skiing Company.

    Chris Davenport holds a B.A. in History with a focus on Western American Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and attended Holderness School in New Hampshire. He currently resides with his family in Aspen, Colorado.
