Chris Cugliari

Chris Cugliari is currently the VP of Corporate Development at Headlands Research, based in the San Francisco Bay Area.1 He has been with Headlands Research since August 2020, progressing through roles including Director of Corporate Development, Senior Director Corporate Development, and now VP of Corporate Development.1

Prior to joining Headlands Research, Chris had a career at PwC, where he held various positions including:

• Deals Manager, M&A Professional (July 2016 - November 2017)
• M&A Advisory Senior Associate (July 2014 - June 2016)
• CIO Advisory Senior Associate in Financial Services (June 2012 - January 2013)
• CIO Advisory Associate in Financial Services (August 2010 - May 2012)1

Chris has an MBA from Columbia Business School (2013-2014) and a BBA in IT Management/International Business from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business (2006-2010), where he graduated cum laude.1

In his current role, Chris has been involved in welcoming new additions to the Headlands Research family, such as Phil Dattilo and the TMA team, which expanded their network to 21 sites.3 He has also been part of integrating Clinvest Research, LLC and AMCR Institute Inc. into their clinical research site network.45

Outside of his professional work, Chris has shown support for Team USA Olympic Boxing, attending a send-off celebration for the team in Colorado Springs.2
