Chris Clark is a seasoned General Counsel and entrepreneur with a robust background in corporate legal matters across diverse industries such as technology, medical devices, Web3, CPG, and hospitality. With a strong educational foundation including a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Baylor University, Chris has honed his expertise in providing strategic legal counsel and spearheading commercial transactions and M&A deals.

Beyond his corporate engagements, Chris has a deep-seated passion for social enterprise organizations and actively lends his legal acumen to nonprofits addressing specific issues in areas like Peru and Ghana.
