Chris Beckler is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with a diverse background in operations, corporate strategy and development, and leadership. After graduating from The College of New Jersey and San Diego State University, Chris began his journey into the restaurant industry, working his way up from General Manager at Pizzeria Uno Chicago Bar & Grill to VP of Operations at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc., Regional Vice President of Operations at O'Charley's, and eventually President of Edley's Bar-B-Que.

Chris has a proven track record of success in growth, revenue, operational performance, profitability, turnaround management, and reorganization. He is known for his visionary, strategist and tactician mindset, as well as his ability to motivate and lead talented professionals using his interactive and motivational leadership style. Chris is also highly effective and accountable in high-profile executive roles and has a reputation for making high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethic, and irreproachable integrity.

Chris has a strong orientation in operations and has participated in high-level operational initiatives, including infrastructure design, process re-engineering, and succession planning and implementation. Additionally, he has expertise in cost analysis, reduction, and control, program development and rollout, growth management, and business development, quality, and continuous improvement.

Chris is currently the President of Edley's Bar-B-Que and has previously held positions including VP of New Operations & Training at Logan's Roadhouse Inc, Regional Operations Manager at Logan's Roadhouse, Director of Training and Operational Excellence at Shoney's, and President/ Chief Operating Officer at Santa Fe Cattle Co.
