Chor Lam is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in maximizing organizational impact through long-term strategies, holistic engagement, team building, and compelling storytelling.

At OMERS, a company with 3,300 employees, Chor Lam spearheaded global CSR and impact strategies while introducing the firm's first digital giving platform for enhanced community engagement.

Prior to OMERS, Chor Lam spent 8 years at EY Canada, where she advised the CEO and Chairperson on national community investment strategies, represented EY Canada globally, and played a key role in establishing the EY Ripples skills-based volunteer program globally and customizing it for the Canadian market.

Chor Lam has also contributed significantly as a Director at the Canadian Board Diversity Council and Right to Play, a non-profit organization focusing on teaching leadership skills to children through sports.

With a background in business development, marketing, and consulting, particularly within the life sciences and pharma sectors, Chor Lam is dedicated to mentoring young talent and fostering inclusion.

She holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from York University.
