During her tenure at Dribbble from 2017 to 2023, Chloe led the People and Operations team, overseeing recruitment, culture, and organizational development initiatives. She played a pivotal role in scaling Dribbble's remote team from 8 to over 100 employees across North America, demonstrating her expertise in team expansion and management.

Prior to her role at Dribbble, Chloe held key Operations positions at reputable organizations such as venture capital firm Tiny Capital and design agency MetaLab.
