Chloe Markley is a highly experienced professional in the field of Human Factors, Information Design, and Usability Testing. Her passion lies in understanding how people interact with products and creating user experiences that are exceptional. Chloe holds an M.S. degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley College and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her B.S. in Computer Science at Wellesley College.
Chloe has worked with several well-known organizations in the past, such as Ipsos and GfK, where she served as a Senior Research Director. She has also worked as a Usability Manager at Athenahealth, where her roles included structured interviews, affinity diagramming, and interactive prototyping.
Chloe's specialties lie in Summative and Formative Usability Testing, Contextual Inquiry, A/B testing, and Surveys. She is known for her excellent and proven track record in creating exceptional user experiences by working with smart, cross-functional teams.
