Chloë Fèvre
Chloë Fèvre, PhD, is the Director of the Safe to Learn Global Initiative, a coalition of 14 global partners dedicated to preventing violence in and around schools.13 She leads efforts to accelerate progress towards embedding violence prevention in education sectors globally.3
Prior to her current role, Fèvre was a Senior Violence Prevention Specialist and the Coordinator of the Safe Schools program at the World Bank.24 She led several violence prevention-related programs at both global and regional levels.4
As the Safe to Learn Director, Fèvre oversees initiatives aimed at ensuring all children have access to safe learning environments.1 Under her leadership, the initiative has developed diagnostic tools to measure national efforts in preventing and responding to violence in schools.1
Fèvre's expertise lies in violence prevention strategies, particularly in educational settings. She has been instrumental in publishing reports and synthesizing learnings from country diagnostics on violence in and around schools.1
